We are a company that takes its role in corporate social responsibility seriously. We therefore would like to state that we shall support the cultures of the African people by developing and enhancing responsible tourism opportunities for the local communities.

We will endeavour to utilize all aspects of responsible tourism as a sustainable development tool for the people in the areas that we operate. Hence to benefit the local communities by educating them and empowering them. We will promote integration of our visitors within the communities to facilitate growth and sustainable partnerships.

How we intend to achieve our mission:

• Projects and itineraries are carefully selected to ensure that the people whose land and knowledge are used benefit from tourism.

• Contribute to the benefit of the local community through sustainable tourism practices.

• Support local income generation by supporting locally owned shops and restaurants.

• Destinations with sustainable and responsible policies are used. When contracting of the destinations these policies are requested and promoted.

• Support the communities by using local guides for the excursions that are available at the destination.

• Where possible set minimum number of nights to stay at destinations to minimize environmental impact.

• Where applicable and possible inform and educate tourist on sustainable tourism practices. We advocate the strict adherence to the code of ethics and standards of sustainable tourism.

• To be a member of any organization that advocates sustainable tourism.

• Our projects to include the common socio-economic basics which frequently are lucking in many parts of Africa – education sector, provision for clean water and food, health sector, children and gender related issues, etc.

• Our visitors are invited to participate as volunteers or donors of funds.

We are geared to doing all this so that we too can leave the natural heritage endowed to us for prosperity. We pray that God Blesses everyone’s hand that shares this objective with us.
